By using Ripe Names you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Listings

We aim to keep listings accurate, but descriptions, business ideas, and example uses are illustrative only. We make no promises about future revenue, search traffic, or trademark status. You are responsible for checking that your intended use of a name is lawful.

Offers and inquiries

Submitting an offer or inquiry does not create a binding sale. A sale is agreed only when we confirm it in writing or you complete checkout and payment is verified.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Final totals are calculated at checkout. Installment options may be available at checkout depending on eligibility; approval is not guaranteed.

Transfer

Domains are transferred manually after verified payment, as described in our Transfer & escrow policy. Ownership passes to you once the transfer is complete.

Packages and services

Design, website, print, and other package work is delivered as described for each package. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver the domain you purchased, we will refund the amount paid for it. Other refund requests are handled case by case.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the item concerned.
